Reliance Retail – Trends Footwear (Senior Strategy Manager -CEO’s Office)
- Managed ₹750 Cr+ business across 350+ EBOs and 450+ SIS. Developed market-entry strategies for Mass Premium Footwear Brand.
- Spearheaded retail metric enhancements for Conversion, SPSF, and NPS.
- Forecasted annual & monthly sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
