Reliance Retail – Trends Footwear (Senior Strategy Manager -CEO’s Office)

  • Managed ₹750 Cr+ business across 350+ EBOs and 450+ SIS. Developed market-entry strategies for Mass Premium Footwear Brand.
  • Spearheaded retail metric enhancements for Conversion, SPSF, and NPS.
  • Forecasted annual & monthly sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
